He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Lautzenheiser and Effie Ketura Lautzenheiser (Cook); and his brothers, George, Jack, Ray, Dean and Kenny Lautzenheiser.

He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Kuhn; his children, Jeffery Lautzenheiser (Karen) of Van Wert, Lynn Nofer (Jon) of Ohio City, Clint Lautzenheiser (Tracey) of Convoy, Amy Jo Brehm (Mark) of Ohio City, Debbie McHugh (John) of Van Wert, Angie Miller (Chuck) of Convoy, Jill Spray (Ryan) of Van Wert and Matt Lautzenheiser (Stacie) of Van Wert; and his brother Doc Lautzenheiser (Rose) of Cridersville, Ohio..

There will be calling hours, 2 - 8 p.m., Thursday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home where a Rosary Service will be held at 8 p.m.
