She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Carroll and Ellen Carroll (Shepherd); her husband William L. Burnett; and her brothers, Herschel Eugene Carroll, Kerry Lee Carroll, Barry Lynn Carroll, Jimmie Ray Carroll and Billy Joe Carroll.
She is survived by: her siblings, Eddie Carroll of Van Wert, Sue Dowler (Larry) of Van Wert, Colleen Rowland of Middle Point, Nancy King (Louis) of Delphos and Faye Trinosky of Van Wert; her stepson William L. "Billy" Burnett, Jr. (Deanna) of Spencerville; and her stepgrandsons, Jeremy and Nicholas Burnett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
