She is survived by: her mother Karen Scott (Puckett); her children, Travis Hernandez (Bethany) of Auburn, IN, Calieb Salas of Burnsville, MS and Shanelle Sellers (Mike) of Van Wert, OH; her siblings, Darrold Scott Jr. (Deb) of Oakwood, OH and Amy Goings (Laurence) of Latty, OH; and her pet Maddie. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
