She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gorman and Thelma Hurst Gorman; her brother Dan Gorman (Linda); her husband Bill J. Fellers; and her son Chris Fellers.
She is survived by: her brother Jerry Gorman (Cheryl); her sons, Patrick (Mary Jane), Kelly (Rodney), Bill (Lisa) and Kent; her grandchildren, Nick, Megan, Cathleen and Garrett; and her great grandchildren, Will, Molly, Rosie, Kit, Luca, Miles and Luma.
Pat was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana but spent several years living at the Marsh Foundation in Van Wert due to the early death of her parents.
