She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Cummings (Dennis) of Van Wert and Laura Cross (Dale) of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, David Cummings of Van Wert, Amber Miller (Mickel) of Indianapolis, Dustin Cross of Indianapolis, Kristin Cross of Indianapolis and Meredythe Cross of Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Kendall, Kyleigh and Decklan Cummings of Van Wert; her brother John D. Butler (Karen) of Van Wert; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Miller (Jeff) of Delphos and Richard Dunn of Van Wert. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
