She is survived by: her fiancé Ted Adams of Van Wert; her children, James Wappelhorst (Barbie) of Van Wert, Nathan Wappelhorst of Van Wert, Latricia Darst (late Joe Dettrow) of Van Wert, Autumn Baldwin of Van Wert, Brandon Baldwin of Van Wert, Cassandra Baldwin of Van Wert and Jamie Bullinger (Nathan) of Defiance; her brothers, Sam Scott (Janet) of Van Wert, Frank Scott (Denise) of Van Wert and Johnny Bowersock of Van Wert; and her grandchildren, Nathan Jr., Natalie, Madison Wappelhorst, Nathaniel, Blake, Osborn of Nevada, Cheyanne Baldwin, Natalyn Wappelhorst, Audrianna, Linkyn Craig, Domanick, Damian and Aurora Bullinger.
