She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary G. Hartman and Marilyn S. Hartman (Hines); her brother Terry Hartman; and her nephew Kodi Hartman. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Krick of Van Wert; her children, Siearra Smith-Gaskill (Joshua) of Decatur, IN, Jazzlynn Smith-Cobb (David) of Van Wert, Saddie Smith of Van WErt, Cassey, Jacob Krick (Sarah) of Willshire and Kevanna Wagoner (Mike) of Van Wert; her siblings, Tami Couts (Jeffrey) of Van Wert and Jeff Hartman (Tammy) of Ohio City; and her sister-in-law Sandy Hartman of Convoy. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Pamala's memory may be sent to Parkview Cancer Institute or to CHP Hospice.
