She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas R. Tackett and Forra Tackett (Hill); and her husband Carl W. Ragan. She is survived by: her children, Stephen W. Ragan of Van Wert and Mary L. Thomas (Hugh) of Hamilton, Ohio; and her sister Dolores Vanderslice of Longview, Texas.. She is also survived by two grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
