She is survived by: her sons, Aaron Hertel (Prima) of Van Wert and Eric Hertel of Indianapolis, Indiana; her grandchildren, Kayla, Rachel and Ashley Hertel; and her siblings, Robert H. Ries of Venedocia and Connie Knittle of Van Wert.
