She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett L. Block and Mabel M. Block (Schul); her husband George Sanford "Sandy" Gardner; and her sisters, Margaret Price and Dorothy Welch.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Gardner (Mitzi) of Decatur and Tony Gardner (Patty) of New Haven, Indiana; her stepson George "Brett" Gardner (Marty) of Van Wert; her grandchildren, Austin, Nolan (Marguerite), Brandon, Madelyn and George Gardner; and her great grandchild Niccolo Gardner. She is also survived by step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials may be directed to St. Mark's Lutheran Church or to Community Health Professionals- Hospice.
