He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbur Rist and Edith Rist (Atkinson); his wife Evelyn Walker; his son John Rist (Kelly) of Middle Point; and his grandchildren, Colt and Alicia "Lys" Rist of Middle Point.
