He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Mefferd and Louise Mefferd (Wilson); and his brother Jeffery Mefferd. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Mefferd (Trim); his sons, Michael D. Mefferd, Jr., Rockford and Robert F. Mefferd (Erika) of Convoy; and his siblings, Allen Mefferd of Van Wert, Jane Blevins (Steve) of New Haven, IN and Lisa Wisener (Brian) of Middle Point. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
