She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Robert Stauffer and Ana Stauffer; and her uncle Rick Stauffer. She is survived by: her mother Tara Tinnel of Van Wert; her significant other Charles W. Gurganus; her children, Mitchell Stauffer (Janelle) of Lancaster, Charles J. Gurganus (Anna Vibbert) of Van Wert and Tara Gurganus (Robert Ainsworth) of Van Wert; her grandchildren, Maddix Bannister, Nevaeh Ainsworth, Arabella Ainsworth, Kinsley Stauffer, Helix Gurganus and Brantley Ainsworth; and her sister Rachelle Leppard (Barry) of Wren. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
