He was predeceased by: his father Harold E. Fleming. He is survived by: his son Zach Fleming of Minster; and his brothers, Bruce Fleming (Elizabeth) of Scott, Andrew Fleming (Jennifer) of Ft Wayne and Jerry Fleming (Leslie) of Kansas. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Matthew's memory may be directed to his family to help with expenses.
