She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Bartlett (Blooser) and Earl Bartlett; and her siblings, Kenneth Bartlett and Diane Baer Stuart. She is survived by: her husband Don Gene Thomas; her children, Kevin Thomas (Deb Hire) of Van Wert, Rodney Thomas, Kay Carter (Jim) of Fort Wayne, Ronda Thomas (Marc Flores) of Los Angeles and Jan Osenbaugh (Todd Plummer) of Lima; and her grandchildren, Brian Thomas, Dara Bennett (John), Jade Osenbaugh, Jason Osenbaugh, Kim Brandt-Lubart (Dane), Max Earl and Ava Flores.
