She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence A. Ringwald and Elizabeth Ringwald (Mapes); her husband Paul E. Butler; her son Terry Gamble; her siblings, William, John, Ralph Ringwald, Edith Kundert, Irene Zirkle and Helen Stutz; and her siblings-in-law, Della Rae Ringwald, Rosella Ringwald, Virginia Ringwald, Eileen Byrne, Gene Kundert and Jim Zirkle.

She is survived by: her children, Bob Gamble (Julie) of Van Wert, John Gamble (Beth) of Van Wert, Dale Butler (Lisa) of Ohio City, Barbara McDonald (Mark) of Bascom, Nancy Smith of Spencerville and Paula Butler of Youngstown, Ohio; her stepdaughters, Diane Mosier of Columbus, Pam Schimmoeller of Delphos and Vicki Kramer of Delphos; her brother Clarence Ringwald (Carol) of Van Wert; and her siblings-in-law, John Stutz of Venedocia and Juanita Ringwald of Van Wert. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and eighteen great grandchildren.
