Mary Ann McIntosh Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ann McIntosh of Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on April 29, 2022 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Smith and Joan Smith; and her sister Denise Smith. She is survived by: her husband Jeff McIntosh of Van Wert; her sons, Zach McIntosh (Megan) of Elmhurst, IL and Austin McIntosh (Erika) of Van Wert; her grandsons, Owen and Hudson McIntosh; and her siblings, David Smith (Sharyn) of Van Wert, Donna Coil (Barry) of Middle Point, Deb Smith of Rockford, Daniel Smith of Celina and Donald Smith (Kari) of Van Wert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society in honor of Amy Geary's ongoing fight.
