She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Hurrelbrink and Meta Hurrelbrink (Springer). She is survived by: her husband Bill Hetrick; her children, Cynthia Fackler (Jon) of Loveland, Anne Nock (Steve) of Marblehead, Lisa Stumpf (Dave) of Willard and Mark Hetrick (Juli) of Dublin; and her sister Jane Johnson (Jerry) of Montgomery. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
