He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edward and Vina Raudabaugh (Martin); his daughter Kim Sue Raudabaugh; his granddaughter Shannon Vann; and his brothers, Edward, Harold and Roy Raudabaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Alice May Smith; his children, Penny J. Wilson of Cleveland, Tracy Baer (Randal) of Van Wert and Mark Raudabaugh (Karen) of Van Wert; his brother David Raudabaugh (Emilienne) of Panama City, Florida; his half-brothers, Ken Steele (Stacy) of Youngstown and Milton Steele (Alice) of Summertown, Tennessee; and his friend Church. He is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.
There will be calling one hour prior to the service Tuesday with Covid 19 health limitations.
