Powell of Van Wert, Ohio, born in Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Mae Fackler (Tennant) and James Eugene Fackler; and her brother James Eugene Fackler, Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Major C. Powell; her children, Robert F. Powell (Angie) of Van Wert, Nancy Mae Grogg of Van Wert, Jenny R. Thomas of Wapakoneta and Bambi J. Powell (Cody) of Van Wert; and her siblings, Jeff Fackler of Findlay and Donna Fackler-Hohman of Findlay.
