He was predeceased by: his siblings, Kevin J. McCormack, Nancy A Cira and Keith J. McCormack. He is survived by: his wife Melynda S. McCormack of Van Wert; his children, Terryl Mark McCormack of Metairie, LA, Katherine Nicole McCormack of Lima and Tyler McCormack of Findlay; his brother Richard E. McCormack of Columbus; his friend Matt Ditson of Lima; his parents-in-law, Carol and Roger Mengerink of Van Wert; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Mengerink (Denise) of Columbus and Jason Mengerink (Amy) of Convoy.
Mark shared The Gift of Life and Healing through tissue donation.
