It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marian Morris of Van Wert, Ohio, born in Venedocia, Ohio, who passed away on November 30, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Evan Howard and Mary Edith Richards (Taylor); her husband Herbert Reese Morris; her daughter Barbara Jean Morris McPherson; and her siblings, JoAnn Wise, Donald and Joe Richards.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marcia Wendel of Coldwater and Edie Basham (Scott) of Westerville, Ohio; her son-in-law Kenneth McPherson of Akron, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Sarah Wendel, Ryan Wendel (Mindy), Kate McPherson (Jen Lopez), Megan Kraemer (Matthew), Kevin Morris Basham (Lexie) and Emily Basham. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Marian's memory may be directed to Salem Presbyterian Church Music Committee or a charity of the donor's choice.
