She is survived by: her husband Phillip Kirk Sr. of Van Wert, OH; her children, Jeannie Michaelson (Randy) of Willshire, OH, Vickie Eilerman (Joseph) of Elida, OH and Phillip Kirk Jr. of Van Wert, OH; her grandchildren, Mathew Kirk, Amanda Miller (Josh), Ashley Holten (Shane) and Randy Michaelson Jr.; and her sisters, Nancy Scott (Jim) and Laura Subler (Leonard). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
