She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Rose (Ed); and her parents, Donald Lewis and Ladonna Lewis (Slusser). She is survived by: her children, Nicole Cooper and Dustin Cooper (Kami); her siblings, Don Lewis and Lynette Davis; her nieces and nephews, Spencer and Lynzee Davis; and her grandchildren, Erin, Blake Wilson, Allison Baker, Josh and Jared Ebel.
