She is survived by: her parent Shirley Bettenhausen Kacian (Ed); her children, Danielle Roberts and Amber Baker; her grandchildren, Charles Clifford, III of Van Wert, Corryn Clifford of Van Wert, Jocelyn Roberts of Van Wert, Elyssa Roberts of Van Wert, Kasyn Schisler (Ross) of Van Wert, Kevin Davies, III of Van Wert and Ayelyn Davies of Van Wert; and her siblings, Beth Triezenberg of Illinois and Richard "Dickie" Boothe (Claudia) of Illinois.
