She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Gale and Mary Jane Lowther (Morris); her grandson Jacob Stanly; and her sister-in-law Pamela Lowther. She is survived by: her husband Charles A. Spridgeon of Van Wert; her children, Jonie M. Layton, Pierce of Lima, Lynn M. Taylor of Van Wert and Richard Spridgeon (Michelle) of Van Wert; her stepchildren, David Spridgeon of Tiffin, Melanie Jones (Greg) of Defiance, Jeffrey Spridgeon (Amy) of Hebron and Susan Mills (Weston) of Scott; her siblings, George Lowther of Wapakoneta, Keith Lowther (Debra) of Cridersville and Connie Mayer (Kevin) of Shawnee; her sister-in-law Alberta Spridgeon of Columbus; and her niece Linda A. Spridgeon of Columbus. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
