He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Eileen Matthews; his children, Larry Harting (Kim) of Carmel and Julie Harting Hunter of Van Wert; his grandchildren, Clint Harting of Colorado, Cole Harting (Katie) of Van Wert and Anna May Ricker of Marion, Ohio; his stepgranddaughters, Peggy and Meagan Wendt of Cecil, Ohio; his great grandchild Elijah Zimmerman; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Victor, Carlos Lechuga and Elizabeth Lechuga; his brothers, Gerald Harting and Roger Harting (Mary); and his sister-in-law Marsha Harting. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
