He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence E. Roth and Catherine G. Roth (Jerome); his sister-in-law Camellia Roth; and his nephew Doug Perry. He is survived by: his siblings, Diane Perry (Richard) of Convoy, Jerry Roth of Ft. Myers and Cynthia McQueen (Fred) of Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
