He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Mumma of Van Wert; his children, Tony Mumma (Farah) of Gomer and Lori Freund (Dan) of Van Wert; his brother Jim Mumma (Becky) of Pandora; his grandchildren, Seth Spear, Shelby Spear, Austin Spear, Brianna Spear and Shannon Spear (Robert); his great grandchildren, Evali, Xehrya, Lynix, Braxten, Braelynn and Renson; and also Karen Brismore (Gary) of Pandora.
