He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Youtsey and Gordon Youtsey. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Youtsey of Van Wert; his children, Michelle Yohannes of Van Wert and Christopher Youtsey of Van Wert; his grandchildren, Eleni Yohannes (Spencer), Derek Youtsey (Samantha) and Jaden Youtsey; and his siblings, Marcia Taylor of Paulding and Steven Youtsey (Julie) of Paulding.
