She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Staley; her father-in-law Rick Harner; and her grandparents, Bill and Grace Ballinger. She is survived by: her father Frank Simmons; her close friend Collin Schmidt; her siblings, Mikal, Shaun, Rhamia and Mocha; her mother-in-law Linda Harner of Celina; and her siblings-in-law, Susan Gray (James) of Celina, Alysha Ford of Celina and Nathan Hans of Celina.
