She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Routt and Betty Routt (Taylor); and her sisters-in-law, Karla and Marilyn Routt. She is survived by: her husband Conrad Johnson of Van Wert; her sons, Jamie of Van Wert, Joseph of Van Wert and Matthew Lautzenheiser of Van Wert; her siblings, David Routt (Joyce), Steven Routt of Cavett, Dan Routt of Van Wert and Cindy Neer (Shane) of Frost Proof, FL; her grandchildren, Chelsea, Tyler, Jared and Isabel Lautzenheiser; and her great grandchild Avrey.
