She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul G. Miller and Lillian L. Miller (Copper); and her sister Bonita Miller. She is survived by: her husband William Abbott of Van Wert; her sisters, Beverly Miller of Van Wert and Loretta Rank (Wilbur) of Maplewood, OH; her niece Tami Vanderhoff (David) of Reynoldsburg, OH; her nephew Scott Rank (Angie) of Anna, OH; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Matt, Jonathan, Skye Rank, Kristin and Paige Vanderhoff.
Attendees are required to observe social distancing, refrain from close physical contact, and wear facial coverings.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kathleen's memory may be sent to Van Wert Humane Society Building Fund or to Arbor Day Foundation. .
