She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Brockert and Anna Brockert (Drexler); and her siblings, Joe Brockert and Dolores "Ann" Weichart. She is survived by: her granddaughter Vicky Dunno (Tedd) of Arizona; her daughter Tawney Jo; her daughter-in-law Dianne Unterbrink (Jeff) of Etna Green; her grandchildren, Lorna, Austin and Mark Smith (Sheila) of Warsaw; her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Cortney and Lydon; her grandson Richard B. Smith (Cathy) of Monroeville; her great grandchildren, Shubitha and Natasha; her grandson Jon Eric Smith (Trisha) of Van Wert; her great grandchildren, Kolton and Keenan; and also, Jane Seibert of Lima and Barbara "Anita" Kintz of New Haven, Indiana.. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
