She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Jacob (Ed) of Van Wert and Sandra Cobble (Grant Hovis) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her grandchildren, Nicole Byrum (Greg) and Matthew Frazier; her great grandchildren, Noelle, Calvin Byrum, Estella and Hayley Frazier; her sisters, Marcia Wells (Brian) and Jennifer Urbanowicz (Robert); her brother-in-law Don Haller (Diane) of Van Wert; her nephew Cameron Haller (Theresa); and her nieces, Jeannie Furley (Ted) of Van Wert, Bobbie Brown of Van Wert and Susan McKenna of Van Wert.
