Juanema left this world on December 27, 2024 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Franklin Hitchcock; her parents, Hugh Jacob McElhannon and Cathrine Irene Jenes; her sons, Paul Allen Hitchcock and Dwight Eugene Hitchcock; her son-in-law Joseph Steven Williams; and her siblings, Tommy McElhannon, John D. McElhannon, JoAnne Heinitz and Rhonda Kay Hillman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darragh Jean Geist (Jon) and Laura Lee Williams (Joe); and her daughters-in-law, Beth Hitchcock (Paul) and Debra Hitchcock (Dwight). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 1 great- great grandson.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cowan & Son Funeral Home (616 S Washington St, Van Wert, OH 45891). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
