She was predeceased by: her parents, Sebastian Alfonso Ley and Leah DeNeil Ley (Gamble); her husband Waldo "Bud" Charles Owens; her siblings, Rexford Ley, Herbert Ley, Frank Ley, Sidney Alford Ley, Mary Louise Swallow, Margaret Jackson (Peg) and Alice Grothause; and her siblings-in-law, Marjorie Hoblet (Howard), Juanita Christian (Norman), Ervin Owens (Iva Lou), Marvin Owens (Lenore), Doyt Owens, Marlin Owens and Donald Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha DeNeil Hoehn (Ed) of Delphos, Michael Charles Owens (Tina) of Van Wert and Lisa Kay Baittie (Thomas) of Sugar Grove, Illinois; her grandchildren, Chad Querry (Melissa), Kristina Jelinger (Eric), Amanda Fetzer (Brian), Matthew Hoehn (Nicole), Dr. Charles Hoehn (Alex), Justin Owens (Mandy), Lindsay Cordry (Jordan) and Courtney Krolikowski (Skyler); her great grandchild Joyce; and her nieces and nephews, Van Wert of Naples, FL, Columbus and Avon.
Preferred memorials are to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
