She was predeceased by: her parents, Clearnce Hurley and Mary Ellen Hurley (Seekings); her husband Harold; her grandsons, Dave Sheets, Jr. and Dewayne Sheets; her sister Pat Bighaum; and her sister-in-law Nancy Hilton.
She is survived by: her children, Kerry Brown (Scott) and David Sheets; her grandson Jacob Sheets; her siblings, Mary O'Daffer and Roy Hurley; her sisters-in-law, Esther Hilton and Ethel Reynolds; and her niece Lisa Perry. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Josephine gave the Gift of Life through Organ and Tissue donation.
