McClure; his wife Suzi McClure; his daughters, Morgan McClure and Nicole McClure; his granddaughters, Ava of Van Wert and Addison of Van Wert; his mother Rose McClure of Van Wert; and his brothers, William "Bill" McClure (Brenda) of Haviland, Jay McClure of Van Wert, Rick McClure (Lynn) of Van Wert, Mike McClure (Karen) of Van Wert and Dave Bowen (Pam) of Convoy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the family for the continued care of Jody's granddaughters, Ava and Addie.
