She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl W. McCollum and Cleora McCollum (Bury); and her sister Judy Cassady. She is survived by: her husband Butch; her children, William Witherow (Kim) of Springfield and Debra Rager (Nathan) of Van Wert; her grandchildren, Isaac, Eli, Micah, Mia Rager, Jacob, Joel, James, Jonathan, Joshua, Jessalyn and Jillian Witherow; and her half-siblings, Don McCollum (Betsy) of Lima, Mary McCollum of Scott, Laura Dun (Bill) of Columbus and Lisa Brown (Bakari) of Florida.
Preferred memorials may be directed to Redeemer Lutheran Church, Van Wert County Humane Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
