She is survived by: her sons, Elliot Ainsworth of Kenton, Bobby Ainsworth (Tara) of Van Wert, Nicholas Hammond of Orlando, David Parsons of Van Wert and Tristen Parsons (Gabby) of Van Wert; her grandchildren, Nevaeh, Avabella, Brantley and Myles; her siblings, Joshua Burnett and Sierra Burnett of Van Wert; and her close friend Moncia Placke of Van Wert. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles also many nieces and nephews.
