He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Ernest White and Audrey Leona High White (Book); his brothers, Collin Blaine High and Dennis White; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Allmandinger.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Dee McNeal; and his children, Beverly Roth (Alan) of Auburn, Jeffrey White (Linda) of Van Wert, Jay White (Joanne) of Woodburn, Bonnie Fike (Cecil) of Butler and Barbara Miller of Van Wert. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
