He was predeceased by: his father Claron Wallace; and his brothers, Larry and Jim Wallace. He is survived by: his mother Mae Wallace (Boroff) of Van Wert; his children, Lori Miller (Daniel) of Van Wert and Chad Wallace (Melissa) of Van Wert; his grandchildren, Miah Miller, Claire Miller and Brianna Wallace; and his sister Patty Wilson of Van Wert.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory (722 S Washington St, Van Wert, OH 45891). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery (3606 Slane Rd, Van Wert, OH 45891).
