With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jennifer Mills-Smith (Van Wert, Ohio), who passed away on July 3, 2021 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Kurako Mills (Saito). She is survived by: her father James Mills; her husband Robert Smith of Van Wert; her children, Bella and Layne Smith of Van Wert; her sister Kathy Proffitt of Waynesville; and her nieces, Lindsey Baker and Shelby Cronan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be sent to the American Cancer Society.
