She was loved and cherished by many people including: her cousin Dolores Keysor; her husband David William Owens; her children, Dennis Owens, Mary Ann Owens Mathews of Baltimore, Maryland, Michael David Owens (Diane) of Middle Point and Terry Dean Owens (Debbie) of Ohio City; her grandchildren, Ryanne Bollenbacher (Steve) of Van Wert, Matthew Owens (Crista) of Lima, Adam Owens (Morgan) of Venedocia, David Mathews (Beverly) of White Hall, Maryland, Jenny Slattery (Mike) of Vienna, Virginia, Mandy Lamb (Travis) of Franklin, Ohio and Seth Owens (Kylie); her stepgrandchildren, Curtis Ropp (Tanya) of San Anselmo, California, Tracey Ropp of Fisher, Indiana and Ashley Miller (Scott) of Van Wert; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kendall, Luke Bollenbacher, Brezlyn, Elijah, Grant, Carter, Gwyneth Owens, Madi, Mikey Lamb, Alyssa, Lauren, Owen Mathews, Claire, Walker, Danielle, Whitney, Simon Slattery, Aiden, Izayah, Jahzyah, Jackson, Calvin Ropp, Zane, Camden, Neive, Cabot and Bellamy Miller. She was also cherished by 27 children among her great-grandchildren, including foster care children.
In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials to Salem Presbyterian Church or the Van Wert YWCA are appreciated.
