With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Fraters (Van Wert, Ohio), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on March 12, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Winnie Morgan (Phillips); and her sister Winnie Repka. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Mitchell (Troy) of Fort Worth, TX, Becky Copas (Michael) of Miller City, OH, George Fraters (Kryket Cunningham) of Van Wert, Jennifer Heyn (David) of Fort Wayne and Sandra Barnes (Jim) of Northwood, OH; and her siblings, Peggy Morgan of Van Wert, Richard Morgan (Nancy) of Iowa, Rick Morgan (Kathy) of Shadyside, OH and Donna Stiffler (James) of Van Wert. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
