It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Wehrkamp (Van Wert, Ohio), who passed away on April 24, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Linus Wehrkamp and Esther Wehrkamp (Van den Bosch); and his brother Kenneth Wehrkamp. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Wehrkamp; his children, Terry Wehrkamp (Nancy) of Paulding, OH and Beth Wehrkamp of Naches, WA; his brother Thomas Wehrkamp (Carol) of St. Henry, OH; his grandchildren, Michael Wehrkamp (Laura) of Paulding, OH, Connie Luck (Laurel Wehrkamp), Anika Hatten (Trevor) and Alyssa Ross (Ian Ross); and his great grandchildren, Andrew and Lillian Wehrkamp of Paulding, OH. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 circumstances a private funeral mass and burial will be held at St. Henry Catholic Church in St. Henry, OH.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Jim be made to the American Diabetes Association or charity of choice.
