James Summersett Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2019, at the age of 94, James Summersett (Van Wert, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Nelia; his son Dennis Summersett; and his grandson Thad Summersett. He is survived by: his children, Herb Summersett (Shirley) of Cygnet, Phil Summersett (Corinna) of Tucson, AZ, Joyce Morris (Alan) of Van Wert, Janis Adam (Brian) of Ft. Jennings and Jean Etzler (Carl) of Ohio City; his daughter-in-law Judy Painter (Gary) of Fort Wayne; and his sisters, Esther Ley of Van Wert and Leah Ries of Van Wert. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
