He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Gilliland and Golda Gilliland (Kanney) of Van Wert. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Watson; his children, Barry Gilliland (Mary) of Cincinnati, Cindi Stemen (Don) of Hilliard and Patti Adams (Kirk) of Middle Point, Ohio; his grandchildren, James, William, Alyssa Gilliland, Abbey, Alek Stemen (Michelle), Erin Reed (Mike) and Ethan Adams (Amanda); and his siblings, Paul Gilliland (Diane) and Jean Taylor. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, a private family memorial service will be held Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 11:00 a. m. with a family visitation at 10:00 a. m. at Cowan Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials to Hospice of Central Ohio.
