She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold H. Hoghe and Willodean Hoghe (Helvey). She is survived by: her children, Gregory M. Seplak (Marla) of Chesapeake, VA, Christopher M. Seplak (Nancy) of Ossian, IN, Keith M. Seplak (Teresa) of Mesa, AZ and Cynthia York (Matthew) of Carrollton, KY; and her grandsons, Joshua Seplak and Caleb Grathler.

Attendees are required to observe social distancing, refrain from close physical contact, and wear facial coverings as required by state mandate.
